how to use downloaded wordpress theme

  i already download 1 new theme from http://www.wpthemesfree.com/index.php?page=314 but i don’t know how to use it after the download complete…please help me

  You can’t use downloaded themes with a wordpress.com blog. You can only use the ones in your dashboard under Appearance.

  If you have a self-hosted blog then you can use the themes you download off the internet. Here you cannot.
