how to use image from my documents pictures

  It says to use a URL to load image but I am trying to retrieve it from my personal pictures under my documents. Where do I find the URL there?

  You don’t do that. You have to Upload the image first, which gives it a URL. Until it’s uploaded, it doesn’t have one.
