  I Have just downloaded a new theme from http://newwpthemes.com does anyone know how to import it to my blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Those themes you see are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.COM blogs. We can’t use external themes at all on our blogs. In fact, we can’t even change the looks of any of the existing themes here without a knowledge of CSS and the paid upgrade.
