How to use one picture for 3 social media links

  Hi

  We are trying to build a consumer website and wanted to use this picture (link http://angrypolicyholders.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/APH-Team-Social-icons.jpg) in the side bar for people to follow us on social networks

  Cannot figure out how to make it so when you click on each logo it takes you to the correct link, FB, YT or Twitter.
