how to use organization theme for a new blog that is basically a clone

  We need to set up a simple “mini site” one each for describing ten places in the world where we work.

  The prototype we have built is for Cuba.

  Is there a way to gather all of these under an umbrella using the same theme (Organization) without having to purchase the theme ten times?

  If so, how do I do that in such a way that each country’s “main page” looks in fact like a main page?

  On WordPress.com, that is not possible.

  Upgrades apply to a single site. And there is no way to give a site more than one front page. You could set up individual pages for each country (i.e. lwwcuba.wordpress.com/cuba). But that may not be what you are looking to do.
