How to use own domain, registered with godaddy.

I add the domain that I own and registered with godaddy.com. The only problem is godaddy has it parked still, and I cannot seem to use it with my blog, I changed the nameservers to the ones specified by wordpress. Anyone know how to get around this, without using the nick.wordpress.com url instead?

I followed the instructions at godaddy as well for this and contacted there customer support since it doesn’t work.
