    This is a public forum. Please do not post sensitive information like the transaction ID from your bank statement of personal contact information here where anyone with access to the internet can see it.

    The domain, shunhei.com, is not registered with WordPress.com, and not connected to any site or account on WordPress.com.

    The transaction ID you posted above is for the site, shunhei.website, which belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account. To use that site, you must log in as the username that you used to create it and buy those upgrades.
