Here I am confused how to add a user registration in wordpress.I have activated it but I don’t know how to apply on my websitre any boddy please tell me how to do that

When you say you’ve activated it, could you tell us what page you were on when you did that?
There are several potential privacy settings in WP: Under Dashboard->Settings->Privacy or Dashboard->Settings->Discussion.

i have just activate it and did nothing just trying to find the page and the way i will use it -
You can add users in your blog read : http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
And please be sure that you are using a blog which is hosted in wordpress.COM and not other self hosted service
