  Hello,

  What is the site you need help with?

  You can access your widgets from the My Sites → Design → Customize → Widgets.
  Once you click on Widgets, you theme’s available widget areas would be displayed(Sidebar, Footer etc)
  Click on the area where you want to add widgets to and click on Add a widget.
