How to use wordpress

  I’m a little confused with this webpage. Could I please get some guidance on how to use it? It’s not like my regular blogging website so I am a little lost with its layout and how to use it?

  Hello there,
  I recommend three things:
  (1) proceeding step by step by using the learn WordPress.com tutorial;
  (2) becoming familiar with using the support documentations searchbox. That searchbox provides results from both the documentation and from forum threads.
  (3) getting started
