How to use wordpress.com to test for wordpress.org site

  I am working with my church to move their current website host from Sitefinity to bluehost and then use WordPress.org from there. Our church members would like to test templates out for free before committing to using WordPress. What do you recommend?

  I recommend giving up on the idea of testing at WordPress.com. Our themes here are specially adapted, and themes from elsewhere, suitable for a WordPress.org blog, cannot be used here. When we have similar themes, they work differently and must be edited in completely different ways.
