how to useinsert an "upload your resume" tab in a contact form

  I need to have a tab in one of my contact forms that allows people to apply for a job by uploading CVs/resumes. how do i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  At this time there is no ability to upload files through the contact form. Instead a Resume or a CV could perhaps be emailed to a specific email address in conjunction with the form that is being filled out?

  what happened to the contact forms that are available for people that want to set up business websites? it looks really unprofessional asking people to email us directly when they’re applying for a job through a contact form! is there no way around this?

  I apologize however there is not currently any way in which you can have a form which provides an upload within WordPress.com.

  If this functionality is important to you, you may want to consider checking out a self-hosted WordPress.org site. There are some important differences between the two:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  And on a WordPress.org site you would be able to install any number of plugins, and I believe that functionality can be added on via a plugin.
