How to verify my domain ownership to other website?

  To verify my domain name ownership to other websites in order to earn some percentage of link commission,
  I need to upload some Key file to the domain root folder. or add in META tag to the homepage. But I can’t find option for me to do so
  I can only add META tag for Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo! Site Explorer, and Bing Webmaster Center. What about others’ site?
  What can I do? please help.
