How to verify using Google Webmaster

  Hi.
  Google webmaster is asking me to insert an html file into my website, but I don;t see how I can insert an html.

  I tried also adding html code in main page but it’s not working for google .

  Any help please ?

  Another method would be to identify the domain host, my website is http://www.master-sql.com but I have no idea what domain host is it.
