How to verify visitor to my site

    I created a form on my website. The page that the form is on is password protected. In a test, I filled out the form and had it emailed to me. It worked but at the bottom of the form was the line, ‘Sent by an unverified visitor to your site.’ This site is for a condo organization and I’d like to know how I can go about verifying whoever sends in the completed form.
