I had been searching for a definite solution on this subject for over a month, but abandoned the process right there as I got a bit frustrated for not getting an effective answer. All the process discussed in the web was based on HTML verification method i.e. copying a code or uploading a file to God Knows Where! This process is nothing but mere scandal and an inevitable fiasco for all those gullible person like me, who experimented it.

webmaster toolsbrings up the Webmaster Tools link needed on the first page – the problem with Google is you get a lot of .ORG stuff that way will not work here – I verified a site last week – was real tough – took me all of 2 minutes. (I am a slow reader)
