How to vertically center header links using CSS

  Hi guys.

  My site has various header links (refer to the website: http://www.lifettlens.com) – Such as ‘own online links, About etc etc.

  At the moment its off-center vertically and i’d like to know how to get only these header links only vertically centered ^ (it’s fine horizonally) using CSS coding. Much appreciate the CSS coding for this.
