How to view open expert help requests?

  I made a similar mistake twice, of exiting out of an open expert help request, and I didn’t memorize everything on there before I accidently exited out again. How do you access previous conversations from expert help on wordpress.com?

  There’s no way to view past support conversations in your account, but you should have received the full conversation via email.
