how to wipe all content from site

    Hi There,

    I have been going in circles getting nowhere to contact support with my request to wipe my site clean, while keeping url and just start over.

    I cannot figure out how to make contact with support to do this for the life of me. Does anyone know how, please? I just want to fix my site, and cannot figure out how to follow directions to ‘contact support with this request’.

    If you want to retain the blog URLs (note that no deleted URL can be registered again). https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ and you are willing to wait rather than doing this yourself http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ then Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

    If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention and post again into this thread to:

    (1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
    (2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found): https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

    Would you still like staff help emptying your blog? If so, please confirm the URL (address) of the blog you want me to empty and I can do that for you.

    Please keep in mind that this is permanent and will delete all of the content timethief mentioned above (the blog’s posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files).
