How to work with a login for the readers?

  Hi would like to share the content of my blog with a limited amount of readers, I would like they work with a login (not a wordpress login) to enter the conten.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Then you’ll have to build the site elsewhere. WordPress.com offers the private blog option, but obviously people have to log in to WordPress.com in order for WordPress.com to know they’re authorized to view the blog.
