How to write a post on another wordpress blog site?

  Hi, I want to leave a post on another wordpress blog site called
  http://friendsofsalaambaalak.wordpress.com/category/volunteer-experience/

  Now I see many post already on this blog, who actually not own this but have just posted their blogs here as an outside. Now pleas tell me how to write a post on this blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll need to ask the administrator of the blog to add you as a contributor (or higher user role).
