How to you block user registrations?

  I am sick of the hundreds of email for user registrations. How do I block users from trying to register?

  Hi there,

  Do you have an example of one of these emails that you can copy into your reply here so we can see what a typical email says? Is this with regards to your WordPress.com site at https://thebeautyofsisters.wordpress.com/ or is it an issue with another site at a different URL?
