  Business plan users can upload third-party or custom themes to their website using the Appearance tab. For more information on how to upload custom theme here is the support document for this:

  Premium, Personal and Forever Free plan users can choose a suitable theme from our current theme collection. You can search the collection for specific features to find the theme that best works for your site.
