How upload outspoken theme in WordPress account

  Hi! I’ve bought Outspoken theme on Wpshower.com and I received a folder with all code (css, widget, js, languages…). How can I link these to my WordPress account? Do I have to pay for a Premium WordPress Account to do it?

  WordPress.com does not allow the uploading of custom themes. You can purchase the upgrade and customize any WordPress.com theme to your liking. If you want up install a custom theme you’ll need to head over to WordPress.org.
