how we only show post thumbnail in slideshow?

  i want to show post thumbnail in slideshow. I,m using theme which slideshow is inbuilt. But i can’t achieve this. i want to achieve exactly same (check this link http://www.unixmen.com).

  it will be better for me if we achieve this via plugin.
