How will people find my blog if it is marked mature? It’s not intended to be pornographic, but I do give honest sex advice and talk about sexual topics. Is that grounds for being marked mature?

A blog that is marked as Mature is excluded from public areas of the WordPress.com service. http://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/
But that doesn’t mean Google and other search engines will not index your site. You will still get traffic from searches.
