  How will you refund my payment?
  I would like to refund my payment @ 3 March 2017 and 15 March 2017

  Good Morning –

  I’ve processed a refund for the WordPress.com Premium upgrade that renewed on March 3rd 2017 for $99. The chargeback fee of $20 from March 15th is not eligible for a refund.

  You should receive the $99 refund in about ten days.
