How will you take payment?

I have been notified of an automatic renewal, but the very important information about how you will get paid is missing from the notice and the associated link re “Domain Administration” does not contain the information needed. (1) I suggest this information be included in renewal notices. (2) Could you please tell me where to find my payment information (e.g. Credit Card #) for automatic renewal. Thanks.

We’ll take the payment from the same source of payment that you used for the initial purchase, and you can change this if desired via Store -> My Upgrades in your blog’s Dashboard.

The information presented via Store > My Upgrades does not have the credit card number. Only if I press “Upgrade Now” do I see what you have on file to use for the renewal, and the “Upgrade Now” button is not available for all my eventual upgrades / renewals. So where it is possible, I therefore have to initiate the upgrade (renewal) before I can find what credit card you wil be using. My conclusion – You could make it much easier. When you send out the renewal notice, you should tell me the method of payment and credit card number (first and last four digits) if applicable, without my having to guess where to find the information. Store > My Upgrades does not display the info I want.

We don’t store the credit card details in any visible form for your safety. What I meant earlier was that you could use the Change Credit Card link, even if you just enter the same credit card number as the one on file. :)
