How would I achieve this (Side tab and pop up)

    Hi

    I want to create this feature on my WordPress install (Installed on my own website, not a .wordpress account)…

    I want to put a side tab on my page in a fixed location like this, and when a user clicks on it, the main screen is greyed out, and an info window pops up.

    If there is a plug in that does this, I would love to know what it it!

    Any help will be very much appreciated.
