How would I backup my blog ?

  I have several pages added now, and the blog itself. The actual files for download are hosted elsewhere but the site structure and links to youtube or whatever are obviously on Word Press. How can I back up this info (other than just copy/pasting it into a text program) ? Is there like an export option ?
