How would I start a second blog/

  I currently have a blog under a different name, but I’d like to start a second blog under my real name. Would I have to make a second account with it’s own blog (meaning I’ll have to log in and out of each account to use them), or can I create a second name under the same account for a second blog?

  There is no limit on the number of blogs you can register under the same username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
