How would I transfer over likes and followers from wordpress.com to .org?

  HI there, I’ve moved over from WordPress.com to wordpress.org site is http://www.newmamatips.com
  I didn’t have many followers about 20 but I’d only been going for a little while, but I had over 50 likes and they’ve disappeared. HOw would I go about moving them over to show on the blog as before?
  I have installed Jetpack plug in and it’s activated.

  Since you have several blogs on WordPress.com, I’d like to confirm that you wish to move your followers from newmamatips.wordpress.com to newmamatips.com.

  Note that we cannot transfer likes over, but we can merge your stats.

  Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might thing about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at newmamatips.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

  Hi, I’m so sorry but my blog followers are showing which is great and site stats are there but the likes I had don’t seem to be showing. For example post A Day With A Rash definitely had likes but nothing is showing. Sorry to be a pain. Are you able to help again?
