How would you be able to add A Forum for your site?

How would you go about doing that? With CSS?

If you are referring to a wordpress.COM blog then we cannot embed forums into them. We can get a free forum from a site we find on the internet and link to it from our blog. -
Also note that there is no relationship between editing the CC stylesheet which only changes the appearance of your blog, and changing any underlying template functions. We cannot edit the underlying templates period.
