How would you create a sidebar on a blog post?

I am trying to create a sidebar on a blog post, so i can add more content/information on the post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
You cannot create an individualized sidebar for a single post.
However, you can add widgets that you want to appear on all posts-only.
To do this, please go to your Customizer by clicking here:
Add the text widget, give it a title, and add the content you want to appear.
Then click the Visibility button at the bottom of the widget box. You will want your settings to look like this:

Make sure to save the widget.
Now, that widget will only show up on your posts.
