Howdy! bar on stats page

  For the last few day a bar saying “Howdy! How may we help?” appears sometimes on my stats page, lower right. I’ve seen discussion of the new bar that says Customize, or Follow; is this part of that change?

  I’m on an IE browser. It does disappear with scrolling, when it is there. It does not always appear when accessing the page, however.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The “Howdy! How may we help?” is a link to Live Chat support and different than the new Action Bar. If you need to contact WordPress.com staff with an issue and you see the link, you can use that instead of these forums.

  Many thanks, micawbr! Good to know that this friendly popup bar is known to other members and is actually from WordPress. If it’s been announced, I missed that.
