Howdy! How May We Help? Pop up at bottom of my stats page?

  This just started an hour ago, at the bottom of only my WordPress Stats page, is a pop up bar that says
  “Howdy! How May We Help?
  It is in WordPress Blue in color,
  I have not clicked on it as I do not know if it is a bug, or something new from WP.
  Let me know if this is something you are doing and what it is about so that I can click on it and use it if I need to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  it’s live chat help from the staff – when the live chat staff have extra time they pop the window up on sites that would not normally qualify for live chat help

  Wow! That is so nice, I had just never seen that before, how nice of them to do that. Had I known, I would have asked my question there. LOL
