Howdy Message missing – All roles but admin

My Editors and Subscribers can no longer see the Howdy message (or reach the logout, etc.). I can’t seem to find any settings that might do this. I disabled two likely plugin culprits (Ultimate Member and User Role Editor) but no effect. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

We cannot help with that site here at WordPress.COM. That site is not on wordpress.COM servers.

You are posting to the wrong support forum for support for your software. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site and contact them for any hosting issues.
