[Howto] Can Editor comment Contributor “pending for review” posts ?

  Hello WordPress !

  I am using WP 3.0 and was wondering if it was possible for Editor (Role) to send comment to Contributor (Role) about their “pending for review” post inside the WordPress dashboard ?

  That’s a nice feature I can’t find.

  Any information on this issue would be great. Even a plugin installation is required.
