How/where can I Tag a “Page” (not posts)???

  I have no problems with adding Tags to posts, I can do this successfully.
  But when I create a Page, I don’t see any options there to add Tags?

  Can this be done? Is there some secret to making this happen???

  You cannot do that at WordPress.com. Pages are static by nature and sit outside the blog structure.

  Pages cannot be categorized or tagged, only posts.
