How/where do i find the live chat option that i used yesterday?

    Yesterday while creating my blog, an incredibly handy “live chat” option/window appeared in the lower right of my screen – i used it and the chat support person (Robyn) was terrific in helping me.

    Today, for the life of me, i cannot find the live chat option…

    Any assistance would be welcomed.

    Hi Jamie,

    Currently, we don’t have a set schedule for when live chat is available for non-Business customers. We hope to be able to expand it, but for now it depends on staff availability, so if you see the chat window there, then it’s available; otherwise, it’s not.

    But whenever it isn’t, we’re happy to help you out here in the forums! :)
