how/where do i see/change the tag/maturity rating on my blogsite?

    still can’t find where or what tag i chose for my blog…i do not want to offend anyone…but i want to write some mature erotica fiction and i can’t “see” what tag(?) rating my site has although i remember there were choices about the maturity of the audience…where does this show up? and is it possible to change the setting if necessary? Needless to say…i am very NEW to blogging!!! and somewhat inept at understanding computer language/symbols, too!
    all i have found was the “how to report mature/spam” and that did NOT answer my question.
