HPPT ERROR 500 in uploading or updating the products

We are actually using Woocommerce for the payment transaction, and now while we are in WordPress, we cannot upload/update products details information. We searched around for some advice earlier and it is mentioned that it is due to some issues and connection with Woocommerce (Error code: HTTP Error 500).

I’ve checked it, and the site wisepenguin.shop is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
