HST GST Numbers (tax refund)

    I don’t see your tax numbers on your bills, is this normal? Could you share them please…

    Hi Alexis,

    Can you tell me what tax numbers you’re referring to? If you’re speaking of our VAT registration numbers, those don’t appear on our receipts, no. If you’re looking for our tax information to add us as a vendor on your company’s systems, whether or not we can provide this information, and what information we can provide, will depend on which of our products you’re using, and where you are based.

    It doesn’t look like your account has ever bought anything from us, nor do you even have a free site hosted with us under this account. Can you please confirm which upgrade, and on which site, you need help with?
