  Hello please i really need to access my htaccess file to erase a code that caused the ”internal server error” message I’m getting on my site. i know the problem but for a week now i have been trying to fix it. i can’t afford the 37 pounds you charge, my host suggests that i repurchase and delete the old website but i can’t , i dont have the money and i know the problem please how can i access the htaccess on my wordpress.org site without cpanel or ftp because i don’t have either of those. i really look forward to you reply. thank you

  This forum can only help with sites that are actually hosted here such as the empty https://nkayisabella.wordpress.com/ If you other site is using the WordPress.org software then the correct support forum is:
