Friends, i have a linux web server with several domains, my question is, how many .htaccess files do i need to configure, only one in the root? or several, each in its corresponding domain folder? Can you send me an example?

We won’t be able to help you here as you’re talking about a site that’s not on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
