  I am totally new to WordPress, My question is “How do I inlude HTML or CSS Code in my post?”

  generally, it’s easiest to wrap whatever code you’re posting in
  <pre>
  tags.

  you’ll also need to enter all your html as character entities. lorelle has a great list of online converters that will do this for you:

  just fyi, i used http://htmlconvert.net to be able to insert the tag in the above post.
