  It looks like yours is a self-hosted website built using WordPress software, and hosted through Bluehost.   Hi there,

  There’s no native setting in WordPress for modifying headers and footers, so I’m guessing the instructions you’re looking at requires you to install a plugin that adds those settings, like https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

  Please check the instructions/tutorial you’re using again to make sure exactly what they recommend you use. Otherwise, you can ask in the WordPress.org forums for more advice, as recommended above.
