How can I use HTML lets say I have banner that has my gamer card states on it like on xbox or playstation PSN info how to add that code in to show in my site

It entirely depends on the HTML code. Not all codes are allowed here, for security reasons.
If you want to add something to a post, you use the Text editor instead of the Visual editor. If you want to put it in the sidebar, you use a Text Widget.

O I see since I do know that some html codes to weird things like I have seen some that make it hard to click off of a web page once you are on it if you are trying to choose not to buy the item they do not want to let you leave and then for example a item is selling at 29.99 and you say no then the site stops you and then trys to offer it at 15.99 to try to make a sale also there are still more that can even cause harm to a pc like wipe a hard drive out or put a virus so you are being carful about what can be placed on the site what I think you need to offer as a feature to block that is a good scanner that can check the code that you want to use and see if it is safe please forward that to the wbe masters as a feature request thanks very much for getting back so quickly
