  If you’re just referring to accessing the code version of a post or page editor:

  for WordPress editor (aka Block editor)
  See item #4, “Edit as HTML,” in the “Block Settings – Toolbar” list under the Configuring a Block section of the WordPress Editor support page.

  for Classic Editor
  Each editor has a two tabs at the top right of the editing area (above the toolbar), labeled “Visual” and “Text.” The one labeled “Text” is the HTML editor.
