Hi, can you send a few more details, and confirm the link to the site?
Let us know what steps you’re taking, and what error you’re getting (or just more details on what’s happening if there is no error.)
Thanks in advance!

The site is not up and running yet. I put in an HTML anchor for 3 of my heading 4 elements but I realized I didn’t want them and it wont let me fully delete them. I try deleting the text that I put in as the anchor but when it gets to deleting the last letter, it just restores the full text. Ex.- I have “Bubbles” as the anchor and I’ll delete the s, e, l, b, b, u, and when I go to delete the last B, it restores the word “Bubbles” again. I don’t want the anchors where I have them and I want them gone. Please let me know what to do.

We still need to know the URL of your site. If your site is hosted here at WordPress.com, but not launched yet, Staff can still see your site and advise.
Thanks.

Hi @gfriday13,
Looking at your site, I don’t see any pages/posts that have an HTML anchor. Have you removed this content already?
If you’re looking to use anchors in your content (i.e. page jumps), here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/splitting-content/page-jumps/

I don’t know how to show you because you don’t have editing privileges. You can only see it in the editing page so I don’t know how else to show you.

As staff, we’re about to access your dashboard. Feel free to share a link to your page/post, and we’d be happy to look.
